Landscaping Design Services

When you call, you will reach us directly. If you don't, we are probably knee deep in concrete or doing something else where our undivided attention is required. If that's the case, please leave your name, phone number, and a brief description of your project and we will return your call as soon as possible, but within 12 hours (usually less if you call in the morning). 

At the first appointment we will talk to you about you and your specific needs. For example:

1. Do you consider your property to be a long term investment (5-10 years), short term, (5 years or less), or a possible rental?
2. What are your realistic maintenance requirements? Do you enjoy gardening and tinkering in the yard? Or do you basically want to push the mower for a few minutes every weekend and call it a day? Or will you hire someone to maintain it?
3. When you walk outside, where do you want to be? Somewhere in Hawaii? In an Alpine meadow? Or maybe your last trip to Italy left you longing for the Tuscan hillside...?

7 Day Follow Up Appointment

At the follow-up appointment, I will present the Plan, Proposal and Estimate.  During the proposal, we will also have samples of various materials to be installed. You may handle them, tug at, stretch, and bang on the table if you so desire. After the proposal is completed, you may decline, approve, or ask for revisions. Otherwise, you are welcome to purchase the plan (starting at $350) and invite other contractors to bid on them. If you ultimately choose Scotland Yards to do your Installation, we will credit the cost of the plan toward your original contract price.

Three Month Warranty on: (Industry Standard)

All other plants and ground covers.
